Vickers Viscount 800 in the attractive markings of Northeast Airlines. Low limited edition of only 1700 from 2001, has to be seen to be appreciated, now really hard to find. Complete with a set of liveried steps. PLEASE NOTE: Boxlid is damaged with a the surface patina missing in one area. Model is fine.

The Vickers Viscount was a British medium-range turboprop airliner first flown in 1948 by Vickers-Armstrongs, making it the first such aircraft to enter service in the world. It would go on to be one of the most successful of the first generation postwar transports, with 445 being built.
